Three, after the completion of weaving storage: fiber fabric weaving is completed, quality inspectors test qualified, and then by the warehouse packaging workers with packaging bags, generally three layers of packaging bags, to be able to waterproof, moisture-proof, sun protection, storage environment minimum temperature does not exceed -15 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature does not exceed 85 degrees Celsius, to avoid direct sunlight.
Three, common problems in the fiber fabric weaving process:
1, in the weaving process, the weft of the different organization of the material situation will lead to the machine's traction needle force will be different, there will be broken weft phenomenon, here need to adjust according to the actual situation to the most suitable for several weft at the same time of the force weaving, can not appear or less broken weft phenomenon, so as not to affect the quality of fiber fabric.
